Maggie is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine and the Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Genetics of the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Maggie completed her Bachelor's degree in biology (hon.) and computer science (min.) at the University of Waterloo, Canada; her PhD in Chemistry at the University of Hong Kong; and her Postdoctoral Fellowship at the NHLBI Proteomics Center and NIH Big Data to Knowledge (BD2K) Center at the University of California Los Angeles. She is always thrilled to utilize mass spectrometry to understand protein homeostasis and the dynamic processes that govern proteomes. Outside the lab, she enjoys horror movies, video games, building miniatures, and spending time with all her cocker spaniels.

Dr. Pandi is interested in developing middle-down proteomics methods to analyze difficult-to-detect protein isoforms and deciphering how alternative splicing can lead to changes in functions in structured and intrinsically disordered proteins.

Dr. Binti's current project focuses on utilizing TurboID to identify protein-interacting partners of alternative isoforms.

Alex is working to determine how ER stress reshapes the glycoproteome using mass spectrometry.

Charlie is working with Shaonil on using TurboID to investigate protein-protein interactions.

Dr. Ng has 20+ years of experience in mass spectrometry and previously worked in the fields of inorganic synthesis and peptide radicals.

Stella is working with Boomathi to predict protein structures, functions, and interactions.
